These Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging (SMS) program operated by DRT LLC (“DRT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
DRT LLC provides shared Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, and related support services to the companies we serve. Through this program, DRT staff send conversational and transactional text messages — such as follow-ups on your support request, status and document updates, and appointment or call coordination — from DRT’s numbers to individuals who have contacted DRT for assistance and provided their mobile number.
You are enrolled only if you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from DRT — for example, when you contact DRT for HR, legal, or IT assistance by phone, email, or support request. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. DRT does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when they were last revised.
